Who We Are

Vendormint™ was born from a vision to simplify and optimize the complex world of supplier compliance, operations, and deductions management. We bring over 60 years of experience in the compliance business, working for suppliers to recover deductions and get compliant.

Our founder, Max Borin, has spent over a decade at the intersection of technology, data analytics, and business strategy. He co-founded Getida, a global leader in Amazon FBA auditing and reimbursement solutions. Recognizing the challenges sellers faced with discrepancies, Max helped establish Getida as a trusted name in the e-commerce industry. After building up Getida to over 12,000 customers, Max went on to found his next adventure: Vendormint™. Leveraging his expertise in data-driven tools and operational excellence, we improve brick-and-mortar suppliers’ operations and ROI.

When Max began Vendormint™, he knew he had to have best-in-class support, so he tapped Greg Porlier to help grow the company. Greg comes from two decades of experience in the retail industry and as a business leader. He grew Baros from a self-funded startup to seven-digit profitability in just a year by bringing German technology to North America to serve some of the largest Amazon 1P sellers in the world.

Together, they created a team of industry leaders, including Steve Schuster from Your Compliance Guys, Dallas Counts from Flywheel, Brad Martin from Nuqleous, and Sara White from SupplyPike. These superstars bring a combined 45+ years of experience in the retail deductions and compliance world and work hard to help suppliers like you. We bring a fresh approach to supplier-retailer relationships.
